A child and a Sage(Jnani) are equal in a way. Incidents interest a child only so long as they last. The child ceases to think of and get involved in them till another event shows up. So, it is clear that they neither leave any impression on the child nor and affect it mentally. The same holds good for a Sage too.
Find out what is immediate, intimate instead of trying to search for what is distant and unknown.
Work performed with attachment(expecting the fruits of that work) is a shackle whereas the same performed with detachment does not affect the doer. He, even during the work, is in solitude.
Realization of the self is the greatest help that can be rendered to humanity.
Occult powers will not bring happiness to anyone but will make the person all the more miserable.
The power which created you has created the world. If it can take care of the world, it can likewise take care of you also.
External contacts (contacts with the objects) other than itself(mind) makes the mind restless.
