Self-reform

All reforms start from the self only:once that is done, the true service will flow to the humanity. A saint helps the whole humanity but unknown to the latter.

Nothing  is there without the Self. Be that self, the desires and doubts will automatically disappear.

The one reality is the Self from whom has sprung the ego which contains within itself the seeds of predispositions acquired in previous births.

Solitude always helps to realize the Self: but it is a function of the mind.

You cannot get solitude if you are attached to any desire wherever you may be.But a detached person is always in solitude. One might live in the midst busy city and maintain serenity of mind and as such solitude resides in him/her. Another person might stay in a forest or secluded place but still unable to control the mind and hence, no solitude.

Renunciation of what you possess(wealth, power or people) is not the reform you need to undertake. If you give up "I" and "Mine" feelings, all are given up in a stroke. The eagerness to do it must be equal to that of a man kept under water trying to rise up to the water surface.

A person is free from any action when he doesn't mind the fruits or outcome of the action.

Sea is not aware of its waves and its actions continue as destined .Similarly, you should not be aware of the actions but keep on doing as ordained.
